Mari Dubiel - Principal & Owner

Earning a BS from Boston College, and after a ten-year career in corporate finance, including positions as a Loan Officer, Portfolio Analyst & Fixed Income Sales in Boston, a new passion began when I decided to renovate the kitchen of the 1930’s home my husband & I had purchased in a coastal Boston suburb.

A kitchen project evolved into a full renovation - down to the studs, it included drawing the plans for an addition and reconfiguration of every room while making all the selections and preserving the architectural character of the home.

In 2006, we purchased land in Florida, where once again, I oversaw the construction and appointed all the details for our future home.

Over the next 12+ years, I assisted family and friends with their homes, building plans, furnishings, and appointments. In 2019, interior design became a full-time endeavor.

After 5+ years as a Partner & President of a Florida based design studio, the opportunity to launch Atelier Bluebird presented itself in the Summer of 2024
